Requirements include comprehensive counseling; identification of needs; development of necessary information including administration and interpretation of tests; occupational exploration; development of educational and vocational plans and resolving related problems; assistance in selecting VA approved training facilities; and assistance in selecting employment objectives. Proposals will be accepted from eligible firms regularly established in the business with a facility located within the state of Minnesota. Offeror must be physically located in the area where services are required. The VA may award one, multiple, or no contracts in various areas, as it deems in the best interests of the Government. Contract(s) will be awarded for the period of April 1, 1995 through March 31, 1996 with two one-year options to renew, subject to availability of funds.
