It has been determined that Combat Talon II (CT-II) Radome Verification System (RAVS) announced in CBD issue 9/14/1994, record number 4, will be competed as a Small Business Set-Aside contract. The Standard Industry Code (SIC) for this procurement is 3829 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The Air Force intends to establish the CT-II RAVS capability at Robins AFB, Warner Robins, GA, and plans are to procure the entire effort as a turnkey operation. An Ombudsman has been established for this acquisition. The only purpose of the Ombudsman is to receive and communicate serious concerns from potential offerors when an offeror prefers not to use established channels to communicate his/her concern during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. Potential offerors should use established channels to request information, pose questions and voice concerns before resorting to use of the Ombudsman.
