The contract is for a 12 month base period (01 Sept 95 - 31 Aug 96) plus four (4) twelve (12) month options. A Firm Fixed Price with Technical Performance Incentive Awards type contract is anticipated. Services will entail Operation of a Clinic on a Regular Schedule from 0730 to 1630 hours on Monday - Friday and On-Call OB/GYN services may be required at any time during the day or night.
