The Contracting Officer will make an award determination based on information received or issue a solicitation. All responses from responsible sources will be considered. If either a solicitation is issued, or an award made an additional synopsis may not be published. If no affirmative, substantive responses are received within 15 days after the publication of this synopsis, a delivery order with I-Net Inc. shall be placed against their GSA schedule contract.
