Forces Command Central Contracting Office intends to issue an order against GSA Contract No. GSOOK-94-AGS-5640 for the following middleware components for HP 90000/I40 and desktop 486s: EDA/SQL, 3 each; FOCUS Database for UNIX (1), (304 users); Full FOCUS for UNIX (1), (32 users); EDA/Link (2), (304 users; FOCS Professional, (1 user); Full FOCUS Network Client (2), (5 users); Business Intelligence Suite (2), (5 users); and FOCUS Reporter (2), (10 users). This software will be used to support the Command Data Base (CDB) at Headquarters FORSCOM. Support of the CBD requires a Structured Query Language (SQL), compliant Relational Data Base Mangement Software (RDBMS), an active data dictionary, interactive software tools, and an ad hoc query and reporting facility. The products provided must support the current environment to include Zenith Data Systems Desktop IV workstations, Novell Netware 4.2, HP 90000/I40, HP/UNIX 9.04, COBOL/HP-UX 6.32, CA-DATACOM/UNIX (RDBMS) 1.0 (SQL based), CA-IDEAL/UNIX (Software devl 4GL) 1.0, MS-DOS 6.2, MS-WINDOWS Workgroups 3.11, FRONTIER 4.0 and CHAMELEON 4.007 (TCPIP).
