Identify in your letter whether your firm is a small, small disadvantaged, and or woman-owned firm. TRCC reserves the right to prequalify or to reject all firms and award appropriate contracts based on what is believed to be in its best interest. Any subcontract subsequently awarded under this request for subcontract work will be based on subsequent TRCC RFPs or IFBs, as appropriate.
