The Contractor shall provide all management, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and supervision and shall plan, schedule, and coordinate the replacement of the existing fire alarm system for the United States District Court Southern Region at 300 NE First Ave and 301 North Miami Ave, Miami, Fl. The new fire alarm system shall be a complete electronically supervised multiplex style fire detection and voice evacuation system with intelligent analog alarm initiation devices, in full compliance with all applicable codes and standards. This contract is set aside for small business. This project is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. All offerors must submit a complete proposal addressing all contract line items in Section B.
