The required appraisals are to establish the fair market value of HUD single family properties and must be done within FHA normal appraisal techniques. All requests for solicitation packages must be in writing. This procurement action was previously announced in the CBD January 18, 1994 and July 28, 1994 issues. Those contractors who made written requests for a solicitation package under the previous announcements will automatically receive a copy of the solicitation. There is no need to make an additional request. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. (0013)
