Provide and lease two pre-manufactured units arranged to form a Child Development Center. The lease period is one year with (1) option year. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, and supplies to perform the work. The structures shall be complete, independent, and integral units. Total area to be provided for the two facilities shall be a minimum of 1440 and 1680 square feet. This work includes but is not limited to, connection of utilities, construction of the foundations, and setup. The work also includes approximately 20 linear foot of fencing to secure the area. The units will be delivered to a site located at the Marine Corps Logistics Base, Albany, Georgia. Bid opening date is scheduled for 2:00 PM on 3/7/95.
