Provide all labor, equipment, material and supervision necessary to completely disassemble the entire orderpicking vehicle, rebuild the drive unit, caster assemblies, contractor panels and switches, motors, pumps, valves, masts assembly, carriage assembly, tire replacement and replace all hydraulic hoses and hose reels, wiring harnesses and motor cables. As part of the remanufacturing process, the entire vehicle must be sanded an repainted with final testing and acceptance performed on-site at Defense Distribution Depot San Antonio (DDST), Kelly AFB TX. The Government inends to solicit and negotiate only with NJ Malin & Associates, Houston TX under authority of FAR 6.302-1. See Note 22. The solicitation will be issued on or about 13 March 1995.
