Discussions will be limited to hospitals and/or clinics that conduct primary and preventative health care in the following New York State Counties located within the Stratton VA Medical Center Primary Service Area: Saratoga, Warren, Washington; Delaware, Otsego, Sullivan; Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Northern Warren. Offerors who have the qualifications and capability to provide quality medical care services, and who meet the geographical considerations, shall submit written responses for consideration, fully describing its qualifications, experience, and certifications for providing a full range of medical care services.
