Project consists of construction of a soccer press box of approximately 2357 sq ft with lockers and mechanical rooms on ground level. A press room and conference room will be on the second level. There will be access on the roof for a camera operator. Site work will include concrete paving and provisions for bleachers and new fencing. Magnitude of the proposed acquisition is between $250,000 and $500,000. To receive the solicitation, responsible sources shall provide a written request by letter, or FAX (719-472-4404) containing their business size, street address, and telephone number. For informational purposes the small business size standard for this solicitation is one where the average annual receipts of the concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years does not exceed $17.0 million and the SIC code is 1542. This acquisition is being considered for 100 percent set aside for small disadvantaged (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns must, as soon as possible but not later than 15 calendar days after publication of this notice, provide evidence in writing of their eligibility as an SDB concern, bonding capacity, financial statement, and list of previous similar projects (include size, dollar value, point of contact with phone number). If sufficient interest is not received from SDB concerns, this solicitation will be issued as unrestricted in accordance with the small business competitiveness demonstation program without further notice; therefore, replies are requested from all business concerns.
