Manufacturer may be required to provide a factory representative upon request to test and commission the flare. The manufacturer shall provide a one-year warranty that commences when the flare is commissioned. Contract type will be fixed-price with a required delivery of 180 calendar days ARO. RFP No. DE-RP21-95MC32141 will be issued approximately 15 days after date of publication in the CBD; receipt of proposals is scheduled for 30 days after issuance of solicitation.
