Smith, Contracting Officer Navigation Thermal Imaging (NTIS) in accordance with (IAW) FLIR Systems, Inc. (FSI) p/n 95000400 and an ECB assembly- autotracker IAW FSI p/n 65000491. A firm-fixed price contract for a quantity of 22 each systems and 12 each autotrackers will be awarded. Delivery for the systems is required in quantities of 8 each 90 days after contract award, 8 each 120 days after contract award, and 6 each 150 days after contract award. Delivery is required in the quantity of 6 each 120 days after contract and 6 each 180 days after contract for the autotrackers. Inspection & acceptance shall be performed by the cognizant DCMAO office. The delivery terms shall be f.o.b. destination with destination as Crane Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, IN.
