F -- CLEAN AND INSPECT TOE DRAIN CANTON LAKE, CANTON, OKLAHOMA,AND GR EAT SALT LAKE, JET,OKLAHOMA SOL DACW56-95-B-0020 DUE 030995 POC Chief, Contracting Division, 918/669-7275. The work to be proformed consists of approximately 600 man-hours of work and services including the equipment required to clean and evaluate approximately 10,863 feet of underground toe drain pipe at Canton Lake, Canton Oklahoma and 3,846 feet of underground toe drain at great salt plains lake, Jet, Oklahoma. Cleaning of the toe drain system will be by utilizing a high velocity sewer cleaning system. Inspection shall be by closed circuit television that is recorded in color on video tape. De-watering of the toe drain system will be required. A comprehensive report is required in assessing the condition of the toe drain pipe system,wich shall include (1) determination of the degree of deterioation of the system, (2) recommendations for repair.
