Gray, (901)577-7341 Service is required for the Siemens Angio-Seriographic System (Angioskop) with DSA including glassware coverage for all x-ray tubes, image intensifier tubes, triodes, CRTs, etc. Contractor shall furnish all necessary travel, labor, parts and material to maintain equipment. Contract is to begin 4/l/95 through 9/30/95 with two one-year options to renew. This will be a negotiated procurement and formal discussions may be held via telephone or personal interviews to evaluate proposals in the competitive range. Contractor shall respond on-site to requests for repairs within two (2) hours after receipt of notification. All interested parties are encouraged to submit a proposal.
