A liaison program shall be established which shall provide a constant flow of information between the engineering support engineers at JSC and the design engineering at MMC Astro Space Division, East Windsor, N.J. As the program progresses, records will be maintained at JSC that reflect all changes, modifications, additions, or deletions such that they may be incorporated into their applicable drawing packages as NASA deems necessary. Test procedures will be updated and evaluated in accordance with NASA approved operating and test procedures. --Houston, NASA Johnson Space Center --April 1, 1995 through April 1, 1998.
