Hayhurst, (202) 501-1242 The General Services Administration (GSA) has a requirement to furnish professional telecommunications support services to Federal Agencies worldwide. The areas of technical support contemplated by this program include: Telecommunications planning, (long range and short range); Analytical support; Design and Engineering support; Acquisition support; Installation, Integration and Implementation support; and Operations and Maintenance support. The contemplated contract is a two year Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity effort with three optional one year periods for a total potential performance period of five years. Requests for a copy of the RFP must be made in WRITING to the address above before COB February 17, 1995. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Firms responding to this announcement must reference solicitation number KEL-DL-94-0001. The RFP will be issued on or about February 24, 1995. The closing date will be approximately 45 days after issuance of the RFP. When a firm requests the submission of more than one solicitation to the same address, GSA shall select the addressee to whom the solicitation will be forwarded. All requests for solicitations should indicate whether the requester is a small business, small and disadvantaged business and/or woman-owned business and the requester's phone number and fax number. The Government needs this information in order to encourage maximization of subcontracting opportunities. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency.
