F -- PRE-PLACED REMEDIAL ACTION CONTRACT (PARC) FOR THE OMAHA DISTRICT SOL DACA45-95-R-0016 DUE 040495 POC CONTACT SPECIALIST: KEVIN P. McELROY (402) 221-4108. A Nationwide Remedial Action Service/Construction Indefinite Delivery-Type contract for Hazaardous Waste sites for the Omaha District. This requirement is a 100% Small Disadvantaged Business Set Aside. A firm fixed price/cost-reimbursable contract will be issued for a period of Two (2) years with one three-year option period for a total period not to exceed five (5) years. The contract will have a maximum amount not-to-exceed $25 million. No delivery order limit except for the maximum contract amount. The contract to be awarded may require personnel, plant, and equipment to respond to numerous request for environmental support (remedial actions) at hazardous waste sites under the control of the Federal Government or potentially responsible parties. The contractor may also be tasked to offer environmental support where the Omaha District, or the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers may otherwise be authorized to respond. Projects will be military or civil in nature within the boundaries of the Omaha District and require military funding. Work could be on superfund national priority list (NPL) sites, military installations, other Government property and various other locations. Proposal evaluations and award will be based on the evaluation criteria stated in the request for proposal (RFP). The small business size standard for sic code 1629 is $17 million. Firms desiring consideration are invited to submit their written response within 30 calendar days from issuance of this announcement. The RFP will be issued on or about 1 March 1995, with proposals due approximately 30 calendar days thereafter.
