The U.S. Army Topographic Engineering Center intends to procure on a sole source basis from Fakespace, Menlo Park, CA, one (1) full color steroscopic, 6 degrees of freedom (DOF) high resolution tracker and viewer, Model No. BOOM3C. The requirement for this purchase is based on FAR 6.302-1, ``only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.'' The viewer is required to generate a 1280 x 960 pixel (or higher) color image at each eye. The tracker is required to be noise-free and to have at least 0.16 inch accuracy and 0.1 degree resolution.
