ADMINISTRATOR to serve on a temporary contract basis (not to exceed one
year). Preference will be given to a single company that can provide
all the required services. Organizations' proposals must include an
organizational profile, cost for providing service, and resumes of

NETWORK ENGINEER Responsible for configuring, administering,
maintaining, upgrading and providing technical support for existing
NOVELL network and computer workstations, and evaluating proposed
software upgrades. Expert knowledge of personal computer technology,
computer networks and communications hardware and software is required.
Novell CNE certification is required. Knowledge of business software
technology including DOS, WordPerfect Lotus 1-2-3, dBase, cc:Mail and
Windows operating environment is also required. The preferred candidate
will have interest in exploring breakthroughs in new technology and
expertise in monitoring network performance, recommending enhancements,
analyzing problems, and recommending solutions. Knowledge of the
Internet (experience with SLIP, WWW, FTP, GOPHER), CD-Rom (hardware and
software technology), programming, hardware upgrades and software
integration are also desired. Required skills include the ability to
easily translate technical matters to non-technical personnel, the
ability to work with diverse individuals, and the ability to provide
user support and training. PROGRAMMER Responsible for the analysis,
design and implementation of a computer based information system,
including participation in strategic and long term information systems
planning activities. Experience with Novell local areas networks;
cc:Mail and bulletin boards is required, as well as knowledge of DOS,
WordPerfect, Lotus 1-2-3, dBase, Pagemaker, cc:Mail and the Windows
operating environment. Excellent skills will be necessary in data
gathering techniques, design methodology and product research and
evaluation. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to: analyze
and evaluate current information needs; evaluate new and upgraded
software; provide documentation of programming strategies; assist in
training employees; and, coordinate policies, procedures and standards.
Knowledge of statistical packages is helpful. Excellent communication
skills and compatibility with a diverse group of technical and
non-technical employees are required. HELP DESK ADMINISTRATOR
Responsible for providing user support to a diverse professional,
administrative and clerical staff, including local and remote users.
Experience with PC/Novell LAN environment, Windows, DOS, Lotus,
WordPerfect, dBase, PageMaker, Fax and communications software. Must
possess the ability to troubleshoot PC hardware and software problems.
Excellent communication and analytical skills are required, as well as
