The National Science Foundation's (NSF) Accounting Operations Branch, Division of Financial Management, Office of Budget, Finance and Award Management wants to obtain the services of a contractor that can provide (1) a review of NSF's financial management system's auditability and system of internal controls, (2) make recommendations for streamlining and improving NSF's financial management systems, (3) recommend a format for NSF's financial statements and Annual Chief Financial Officer's (CFO) Report that effectively communicates to the Congress and the public, and (4) support of preparation of financial statements. NSF intends to award a two (2) year contract with three (3) one year options. The solicitation will be available on or about February 15, 1995.
