DeYoung, (318)424-6084 Contractor shall provide, transport to the site and install as completed structure(s) or as completed modules a single story building or complex for use as a Primiary Care Clinic at the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center, Shreveport, LA. Modules or complex shall have the capaiblity of being relocated at a late date with relaataively minor inconvenience or expense. Topography of site requires unit(s) be set on site by use of a crane on foundation provided by the Government and in compliance with contractors requirements. Contractor shall provide architectural and foundation plans for approval by the Government. Contract completion time is 90 days. Subject to availability of funds. All responsible sources capable of submitting a bid shall be considered by the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center, Shreveport, LA. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 2/21/95.
