The Presolicitation Notice published prior to this notice will be amended as follows: Solicitations will be available o/a 15 March 1995. The pre-bid conference will be held o/a 29 March 1995 at the same time and location as previously stated. BOD o/a 14 April 1995. Contract start date will be 27 May 1995. The Nebraska National Guard has a requirement for operation of a Government-owned dining facility located at Camp Ashland, Nebraska. Services will be required to begin approx 27 May 1995. The government will provide the facility, subsistence and equipment, except for those items stated as Contractor furnished, that are necessary to accomplish the tasks as stated in the Performance Work Statement. The contractor will be required to provide personnel with the technical capabilities and equipment as stated in the Performane Work Statement necessary to accomplish the requirements of the Performance Work Statement and all other contract documents.Some of the tasks include menu planning, requisitioning of subsistence, transportation of subsistence, storage, preparation and serving of all meals at the dining facility; training for the contractor's personnel as stated in the performance work statement; cleaning of the dining facility and all food service equipment; adminstration and management of all records as stated in the performance work statement and contract documents; and stockage and maintenance for all janitorial, sanitation and paper supplies as stated in theirperformancework statement and contract documents. This is not an all inclusive listing of the work required of the contractor. An Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract, one base year, with four (4) option years, will be awarded from this solicitation. The solicitation has been set a side 100% for Small Business. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 5812. The small business size standard is $10 Million Dollars based on the previous three years averaged revenues. This procurement will be solicited using an Invitation for Bid, using the sealed bidding process. No discussions will be held during this bidding process. A presolicitation conference will be held on March 29, 1995, 1400 hrs at the Dining Facility, Bldg 70, Camp Ashland, Nebraska. Only written requests for the solicitation shall be accepted.
