Lee, (202)523-3463 This announcement is to notify all parties concerned that correction to Solicitation IFB 101-1-93 for Warehouse Operations, advertised in the Commerce Business Daily Friday, July 9, 1993; Issue No. PSA-0884 is amended to change the Solicitation to RFP 101-13-95. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), has a requirement for the management and operation of the VA's Forms and Publication Depot. The facility is for warehouse operation for forms, publications, and circulars serving 250 VA field stations in the U.S. and overseas. The contract performance period is from date of award through September 30, 1995, with four (4) year option periods. This a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The standard industrial code is 4225. The Issue date date is February 6, 1995. All request for solicitation must be in writing, telephone requests will not be accepted. Those vendors who previous requested a copy of Solicitation Number IFB 101-1-93 do not need to respond for they will automatically be sent a package. See Note 1. (0033)
