This requirement will be solicited on a full and open competition basis. TPSs will be designed for the Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS), AN/USM-636(V), for UUTs which are presently tested on the AN/USM-403 Hybrid Test Set (HTS). Items to be delivered include test programs, interface devices, technical, administrative and financial data, integrated logistics support, technical manuals, engineering/technical services for logistics program, parts and material, provisioning technical data, and repairable spare assemblies. Issuance of solicitation is projected for March 1995 with a receipt date for technical and price proposals approximately 90 days after issue date. A pre-proposal conference is not planned. This requirement is not open to public activities. It is anticipated that the solicitation will consist of soft copy (WP5.1), hard copy, and microfilm. The anticipated contract type is firm fixed price. The successful offeror will be required to subcontract 10% of the contract amount to Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) and 10% of the contract amount to Small Business other than SDB.
