The Standard Industrial Code (SIC), for this project is 1542, General Contractors - Nonresidential Buildings, Other Than Industrial Buildings and Warehouses. The size standard is $17.0 Million. The work includes provide for revisions to existing HTW piping in manholes and building mechanical rooms, extension of Building 24162, provision of new pumps, piping, expansion tank and incidental related work. The total duration of this contract shall be 255 days. The projected date of availability of the solicitation is February 22, 1995. The projected bid opening date is March 24, 1995.
