Contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to furnish preventive maintenance, inspections, testing, and repair for elevators, wheelchair/stair lifts, and dumbwaiters of various models and manufacturers at multiple locations on Forts Richardson, Wainwright, and Greely, Alaska for a basic period covering 01 Aug 1995 through 31 Jul 1996, plus four (4) twelve month option periods. A contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will contain the "Option to Extend Services" clause which will allow the Government to extend the contract up to six (6) months within the limits and at the rates specified in the contract. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. The size standard for small business is 7 million dollars average annual receipts for the past three years.
