Work consists of drydocking, hull, mechanical, electrical & piping repairs. Work will be accomplished at the contractor's facility located on the Gulf & East Coasts. Offers are restricted to qualified contractors who hold an ABR Agreement. The solicitation will be issued on or about 27 February 1995.
