Sources Sought for on-site hardware maintenance and problem reporting for system software. The requirement consists of the following: Trouble calls must be reported twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, via a toll-free number. Response times must be eight hours or less. On-site hardware maintenance will consist of scheduled and unscheduled remedial maintenance including lubrication, adjustment, and repair or replacement of any and all computational equipment. This service is to be available twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week for inoperable critical system components. Non-critical service requests will be handled during normal business hours. Software support must be provided in the form of access to Motorola Customer Support center, via a toll-free number, and must be available twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week. The components are one (1) each as follows: Single bd Comp w/32 mb 33 mhz, 600 mb SCSI Seagate/CDC Disk, 1.2mb SCSI Seagate/CDC Disk, 150mb SCSI Streaming Tape, BOS and NSE V/88 release 3.2, Transition module, X-Window terminals.
