The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is seeking a qualified 8(a) contractor to provide unarmed security guard services, at OPM's Theodore Roosevelt Building, 1900 E Street, NW., Washington, DC 20415. The proposed procurement is set-aside for an 8(a) firm. SIC 7381 - $6 million, Detective, Guard and Armored Car Services is assigned to this procurement. This means that the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years can not exceed $6 million. A fixed price contract will be awarded for a base period effective October 1, 1995, throug September 30, 1996, with 4 one-year options. All responsible 8(a) firms may submit an offer in response to the solicitation. It is recommended tht intereste sources inspect the work site so that they will be aware of the general local conditions which can affect the work.
