Giles, 318/531-2353 Furnish facilities, supplies, management, supervision and labor to provide lodging accommodations, meals and transportation of applicants to and from the lodging facility and the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) and from commercial transportation terminals (bus and air), Shreveport, LA. Lodging facility must be located within 10 driving miles of 200 N. Thomas Drive, Shreveport, LA. Meals must be served within the same complex or within 300 feet of the lodging facility. Testing room must accommodate up to 30 MEPS-furnished student desks and an instructor's table. An estimated 32 nightly lodgings and an estimated maximum of 60 nightly lodgings is anticipated for this procurement. A requirements type contract for the base period 1 July 1995 through 30 June 1996 with two additional 12 month option periods is proposed.
