The project in general is to construct and lease a post office building of approximately 4160 s.f. in Fairview, OR. The Postal Service does NOT control a site. The preferred area is within the city limits of Fairview, OR. The minimum site size is 36,078 s.f. Basic lease term of twenty years with two renewal periods at the option of the Postal Service for five years each. Request for a solicitation package should be submitted along with your name, address, telephone number and a certified or cashier's check for $25.00 made payable to ''USPS Disbursing Officer'' for each package. The fee is non-refundable. Request for the solicitation must be in writing. Submit to: John J. Proposal modification or withdrawal must be written or telegraphic notice and must be received by the date and time set for receipt of proposals. Information relative to the number of proposals received, the identity of offerors, the amount of any offer or the relative standing of offerors will not be disclosed to anyone whose official postal duties do not require such knowledge.
