Martin Marietta Energy Systems, Inc., a management and operating contractor for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), intends to license to a local industry on a sole commercial (exclusive) basis the intellectual property rights associated with three subject invention Laser Ablation technologies. These technologies are entitled, 623-X ``Multiple Target Laser Ablation System,'' 838-K ``Individually Controlled Environments for Pulsed Addition and Crystallization,'' and 839-K ``Dual Beam Optical System for Pulsed Laser Ablation Film Deposition.'' These technologies were developed at Oak Ridge DOE facilities. Any organization interested in licensing the technology on a non-exclusive or sole commercial basis are invited to submit a technology commercialization plan including answers to the following: How will the technologies be utilized? What expenditures are required to facilitate utilization? Which potential market(s) will be pursued? What marketing activities will be involved? How long will the commercialization process take? What amount of revenue (range) can be confidently expected once commercial sales/applications commence?
