Examples of services which HRSA procures in the medical and health related fields are: development of white papers, reports, analysis, studies, research, consulting, administrative and management support services. (NOTE: HRSA does not procure supplies). HRSA has four major bureaus; Bureau of Health Professions, Bureau of Health Resources Development, Bureau of Primary Health Care and the Maternal and Child Health Bureau. The programs which benefit from the above services are HIV/AIDS (Ryan White Title II, III, IV), rural health, minority health, community and migrant health, healthy start (material and child health). HRSA invites interested Small Business firms to submit a capability statement which indicates their areas of specilaization or expertise. This synopsis will be a continuous announcement and does not represent a promise to contract or a commitment of any kind.
