The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA proposes to issue a delivery order under a Basic Ordering Agreement with Technical Resources, Inc. (TRI). The effort is for AN/USM-482A Fault Diagnostics Test Program Instructions (FDTPI) which will require research of data, formulation of test input parameters, generation of text and graphics, editorial revisions to update existing FDTPIs to reflect changes as a result of Engineering Change Proposal 1051. There is also a requirement to generate procedures and to test Radar Warning Receivers systems to be incorporated into existing FDTPIs for various platforms. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with TRI as the designer and developer with the required technical and engineering expertise and the manufacturing data packages for the AN/USM-482A FDTPIs to support and provide the required engineering services.
