R -- BACKGROUND INVESTIGATIVE SERVICES SOL OIG-RFP-95-001 DUE 041395 POC Contact Point,Contracting Officer, JaNene Skinner, 703/875- 5193, FAX 703/875-6584 Agency for International Development/Office of the Inspector General (USAID/IG) manages a personnel security investigations program for USAID. The intent of this multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (approximately 55) is to provide personnel security investigators to conduct the field work for this program. The contractors shall furnish all labor, materials (except Government-furnished materials) travel preparation, equipment, tools, operating supplies and incidentals to complete the work done. Travel and costs associated with travel will be reimbursed at cost not to exceed the rates allowed in the Federal Travel Regulation. Selection will be made depending on the georgraphic needs of USAID, the georgraphic distribution of offerors, and the relative order of finish in the selective factors/subfactors rankings. The Blanket Purchase Agreement performance period will be from the date of award to 30 September 2000 on an as needed basis in the United States or overseas. Solicitation OIG-RFP-95-001 will be issued on/or about 13 March and will close on/or about 30 days after issuance. All responsible sources may submit an offer. No telephone requests for solicitation package will be accepted. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable.
