Provide all plant, labor, material and equipment and perform all work required to ''Construct New Atrium to Lane Hall, Fort Monmouth, NJ.'' Except for work described in optional bid item ''A'' and optional bid item ''B'' in strict accordance with drawing Nos. 10728-1 thru 10728-11 and specifications 95-0073. OPTIONAL BID ITEM ''A'' Provide all plant labor, materials and equipment and perform the following work to construct interior bathroom walls, all bathroom water piping, provide all bathroom fixtures, radiators, sprinkler heads, electric hot water heaters, all room finishes, all electrical work, handicapped railing, toilet partitions, and all toilet accessories required to complete construction of new handicapped accessible bathrooms. All work shall be coordinated by the contractor to provide connections to existing utitlities in and around Lane Hall including the providing new sanitary piping to the existing sanitary piping next to Radio Avenue, and providing of new insulated water piping to existing water service in the mechanical room of Lane Hall. OPTIONAL BID ITEM ''B'' Provide all plant labor, materials and equipment and perform all work required for the installation of ceiling fans and tract lighting as shown on drawing Nos. 10728-1 athru 10728-11 and specification 95-0073. Estimated cost range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Site visit will be specified in IFB NAFDP2-95-B-0001. Construction completion time is 120 days. This solicitation is being issued as an unrestricted procurement. There will be a charge of $19.00 per set of drawings and specifications. All checks are to be drawn to ''Finance and Accounting Officer,'' add accounting classification code ''21R3210.'' to all checks. Payment will not be returned and specifications need not be returned.
