The project includes, but is not limited to, the following major items: selective demolition, earthwork, sidewalks, pile driving, reinforced concrete, water line, storm and sanitary sewer, segmental concrete retaining wall, precast/prestressed concrete, masonry, elastomeric roofing, aluminum windows, tilework, hydraulic elevator, plumbing, and electrical work. Estimated magnitude of construction in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000.
