Work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to replace the HVAC system, extend the fire sprinkler system, upgrade the fire alarm system, parking lot revisions, provide a temporary trailer, replace door hardware and remodel restrooms for handicap accessibility, sealcoat parking lot, miscellaneous carpenty, install acoustical ceiling, replace basement lighting, electrical and plumbing work. The plans are dimensioned using International System of Units (SI) (Metric) ``soft conversion'' wherein metric equivalents are substituted for standard inch-pound measurement. The estimated price is between $250,000 and $500,000. The period of performance is 150 days. The proposed contract listed herein is set aside for 100% Indian-owned, controlled, and operated firms under the authority of the Buy Indian Act.
