Ross Aviation, Inc., a prime contractor for aviation services to the U. S. Department of Energy, Albuquerque Operations Office, intends to issue two Requests for Proposals (RFP) for a deHavilland Model DHC-6-300 Series aircraft, commuter 19-seat configuration with -27 engines. The first RFP will be for an operating lease commencing on or about July 16, 1995 for a duration of 29 consecutive days. The second RFP will also be for an operating lease but commencing on or about September 17, 1995 for a duration of 42 consecutive days. Aircraft must be certified in the United States under American registry. Firms desiring to submit proposals should request RFP C-95-008 for the first lease period and RFP C-95-009 for the second lease period. Firms should submit their requests within ten days from the publication of this announcement. RFPs will be issued by March 24, 1995 and proposals will be due April 14, 1995. This is not an RFP.
