Location: Site is located near junction of Interstate 5 and Highway 99 in Red Bluff, CA. From I-5 take Lassen Park/Highway 36 exit east for approximately 1/2 mile to Sale Lane (First Intersection). Turn right (south) on Sale Lane and proceed approximately 2 miles to Lake Red Bluff Recreation Area. Modular building site is adjacent to main entrance road at the second entrance to the Lakeside parking/boat ramp. Description: Provide all labor, materials, supervision, transportation necessary to design, manufacture, deliver and install an approximately 1400 sq. ft. (net useable) prefabricated modular building at Red Bluff Recreation Area on a Government prepared pad in accordance with the plan, codes, and specifications. Building: shall meet American Disabilities Act and seismic standards; shall be low profile with a pitched roof; and layout will consist of two restrooms, an approximately 150 sq. ft. office/library and remaining to be an open room for displays.
