Contract Specialist John M. Steenbergen, Contracting Officer. The U.S.
Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration (DOL/ETA)
is soliciting proposals to evaluate the nature and quality of
training, employment, and support services provided by the Indian and
Native American Program funded under Title III of the Job Training
Partnership Act. The period of performance for the prospective award
will be twenty-four (24) months from the date of execution. The
requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The SIC Code is 8732
with a size standard of $5,000,000. Requests for proposals will be
available upon written request only, approximately 15 days from the
date of publication, on a first come, first-served basis until the
supply is exhausted. Telephone requests will not be honored. For
requests made after the supply is exhausted, the Contracting Officer
may determine whether payment of a fee is warranted. The fee will not
exceed the actual cost of duplication of the solicitation documents.
Closing date for receipt of proposals, will be April 18, 1995 at 2:00
p.m. local time. Requests must cite RFP-DAA-95-16 and must include two
self addressed labels. Failure to enclose labels may cause delay in
receipt of the solicitation. No collect calls will be accepted. See
