Demolition of cast Iron radiators on 1St, 2ND, and 3Rd floors of building 62. 2. Demolition of steam and condensate return piping to selected radiators. 3. Installation of new Fin-tube radiators and cabinets. 4. Installation of A hot water heating system including piping, pumps, steam to hot water exchanger, expansion tank, and accessories. 5. Installation of new direct digital controls for heating system. 6. Relocation of existing electrical outlets, transfer leads, and communication Jacks. The general outline of the principal features does not in any way limit the responsibilities of the contractor to perform the work under thiscontract. Estimated magnitude between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Type of KT: Firm-fixed price construction. Performance period is 120 days after receipt of notice to proceed. Approximate issue date is 20 Mar 95 with opening date 30 days from issue. Presolicitation notices will be issued approximately 27 Feb 95 and are due Back 17 calendar days after issue.
