The Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for installation of four (4) wire strike protection kits on four (4) AS350B Aerospatiale helicopters. The contractor shall install fixed and detachable provisions for an upper shear, a windshield slide, a windshield wiper shield (if applicable) and a lower shear. The installation shall include painting of the components to match the existing paint scheme. The contractor shall perform a final test flight to ensure nothing existing has changed on the aircraft. The contractor shall furnish all parts and labor.
