Russial, (215)897-5426 The Fleet Industrial Sipply Center Norfolk, Detachment Philadelphia, intends to acquire the following equipment from Fluid Regulators Corporation for installation on various Landing Crafts Air Cushion (LCAC) 10 ea 1/2'' Valve, Solenoid Operated, 4 Way, 3 Position P/N AA2998-01. FOB Destination to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard Detachment Boston. Required delivery is 45 days ADC. This proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Fluid Regulator Corporation under authority of FAR6.302-1. This firm is considered the only supplier of the supplies because the equipment and subsystems must be compatible with the LCAC Water Wash System. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposal. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSAL. However, all proposals received within 45 days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government WILL NOT PAY for information received. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification number is 3728.
