Equipment shall have the ability to measure input reflection coefficient as defined in section 4.7.1.2 and 4.7.2 of specification/drawing no. A3167801. This system shall be a single port network analyzer capable of measuring S11 under the following conditions: 5 watts forward power into antenna, frequency coverage: 10 MHz to 100 MHz, measurement capability to meet requirements of section 3.9.1.2 of specification/drawing no. A3167801, and Type N female connector on test port. System shall also include but be not limited to the following component parts: RF Vector Network Analyzer. 30 KHz to 3 GHz, optionally to 6 GHz which includes systhesized source, S-parameter test set, color display, serial/parallel HP-IB (or equal) interfaces, and disk drive with the following options: A - deletes built-in S-parameter test set, replacing it with Type N connector for RF output and inputs to the R, A, and B receivers. B - Three year customer return calibration service. C - Certificate of Calibration in full compliance with MIL-STD-45662A, with copy of test data. D - Three years of on-site repair coverage, including original warranty. E - Cable, RF connecting. F - Coaxial Short, Type N Male. G - Coaxial Short, Type N Female. H - Body, Type N Female.
