Michele Templeman (804) 734-8666 (Site Code DECA01) The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) intends to acquire up to 600 Laser Printers which meet the following minimum specifications: 600 dpi or better; 16 pages per minute; dual tray, 100 pages per tray or better, able to support paper size up to 11 X 17; 8 MB RAM or better; TCP/IP Ethernet support for UNIX and WINDOWS NT; Environment 10 base T/BNC/RJ45 connection; SNMP support; Bitronics Parallel interface. Any of the following brand names of equipment have been found to be acceptable in DeCA's network testing: Hewlett Packard, Canon, Epson, Panasonic and NEC. Vendors may offer models of equipment from one, or more than one, of the above listed manufacturer's, that meets the specifications to satisfy this requirement. Shipping points include all DeCA stores, regions and Headquarter locations. Printers destined for overseas locations shall be shipped to CONUS container consolidation points. The total ordering period for these printers shall not exceed 36 months, to include the exercise of all options.
