The Coastal Systems Station, Dahlgren Division, has a requirement for an offeror to provide a lifeguard crew and water safety instructor. The offeror shall provide all personnel, supervision, management, and services required. The offeror shall provide life guarding functions, swimming lessons, water safety instructions, and management personnel in accordance with Navy Aquatic Programs and Facilities. These services shall be provided from approximately 6 May through 30 September 1995. This solicitation is 100% SBSA, Note 1 applies. A single award will result from this solicitation.
