PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, equipment and materials for the following: (a) Construct new parking lot at Station entrance with lighting, concrete walkways, curbs, and landscaping; (b) Relocate concrete block guard house at Station entrance and provide water and electric service to the building at its new location; (c) Demolish and remove areas of existing asphaltic concrete pavement and construct new asphaltic concrete pavement in its place with new striping; (d) Sealcoat and restripe existing asphaltic concrete entrance road and parking areas that will not be repaved and (e) install 7-foot high chain link security fence at USCG Station St. Petersburg, Florida.
